We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. Appointments can be booked by using the online patient services @ or call reception on 0208 876 4442

if you are not registered yet please go to the website mentioned above and follow instructions. You create your own username and password.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may offer you an appointment to see an alternative doctor.

Appointment Duration

Routine appointments are 10 minutes long and are booked at 10 minute intervals.  We politely request that you try to limit each consultation to discuss only one problem.   It is difficult for GPs, to address more than one problem satisfactorily within this time frame, as they are anxious not to miss important facts or to keep other patients waiting.   If you feel that you will require longer than the allocated ten minutes to discuss your medical problem please request a double appointment when booking your appointment.

Emergency appointments are available with the duty doctor and are for urgent assessment and medical care.

Late for your appointment?

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.  If you are at all late for your appointment, you will be asked to rebook.

NHS Interpreting and Translation Services

To access these interpreting and translation services including British Sign Language (BSL) and other languages, please ask when making your appointment and the staff will arrange this for you.

Practice Nurses

Please, also, consider an appointment with our practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they may feel one is required. This chaperone may be a family member or friend.

You may prefer a formal chaperone to be present, i.e. a trained member of staff.  Wherever possible, we ask you to make this request at the time of booking the appointment; so that we can make adequate arrangements and your appointment is not delayed in any way.  Where this is not possible we will endeavour to provide a formal chaperone at the time of request.  However, occasionally, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
